The scheme is internet based with news, notices and advice being sent by e-mail or hosted on this site. This is to avoid the costs of printing and distributing and to ease administration.
If you would like to join then send me your e-mail address and I will include you in the distribution. All e-mail address are kept private so yours will not be visible to others in the scheme.
Also if you are a neighbour to a resident without internet access and are prepare to share news via a chat or by printing something for them that would be great.
