Village News-Letter Distribution

The Parish Council has already distributed two village newsletters this year. They contain information about the village that we hope you find useful. We would however like to make distribution quicker and easier to households in the village who would like to continue to receive these newsletters.  For households with internet access we will distribute electronically. For households that don’t we will continue to deliver by hand. We will be sending out at least two more paper newsletters to get this message to all households before making the change.

If you wish to continue to receive a Parish newsletters you need to opt-in.

Internet access – Please e-mail parishclerk@stonhampavapc.org.uk your email address and the first line of your address (house name/number, street / road name. You may even choose to set up a household e-mail, this allows info to be available to all in the house and increases your personal privacy, something like myhouse@myinternetprovider.com.

No Internet access - households without internet access, please calling the following number 01449 711178 and leaving a message if no answer with your name, first line of address (house / road). Or drop a note with these details to the Clerk at 6 Turnpike, Little Stonham, IP14 5JS.

Your data will be help in complete confidence in line with our Data Protection Policy. We have suggested this previously with a very low response rate. So, this time we are going to assume that if you don’t opt-in you do not wish to receive information from the parish council. By doing this it will be much easier and quicker to communicate with households. Without the overhead of printing and distributing on paper to each household. We see this as important in the current times, more cost effective for the parish and meets our sustainability aspirations.
